These terms govern your use of Omni Chart Reader ("Omni", "we", "us"), the web app at omnicharts.app. By using Omni you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Omni is a hosted service that calculates and displays a Human Design bodygraph, a Gene Keys profile and an astrology chart from the birth details you enter, and provides related readings, a chart library and learning content. You access Omni as a finished, hosted service; we do not license or hand over our software to you. The Omni service is developed, maintained and delivered from Thailand.
Human Design, Gene Keys and astrology are contemplative and self-development systems. Omni's charts, readings and content are for personal interest and reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice, and they are not a diagnosis or treatment. Always seek a qualified professional for those needs. You are responsible for the decisions you make.
Omni is in early access. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may add, modify or discontinue features, and we may limit or end access to the beta, at our discretion.
Access during the beta is granted by invitation or application and may be tied to a device limit and a magic-link sign-in. Keep your access link private; it is for you. Do not share, resell or attempt to circumvent access controls.
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Omni and all of its parts (design, code, text, logos, charts and generated readings) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Your access lets you use the Omni service and your own charts for personal purposes; it does not transfer ownership and does not grant you a licence to our software, which we operate and deliver to you as a hosted service. The underlying systems (Human Design, Gene Keys and astrology) are the work of their respective creators and communities; Omni provides its own computed charts and interpretations and does not claim ownership of those systems.
A membership gives you access to additional features of the Omni service. When paid plans are offered, the price, billing cycle and included features are shown at checkout. Purchases are sold and processed through a Merchant of Record, which acts as the reseller of the Omni service and is the party you contract with and pay; the Merchant of Record handles billing, taxes and receipts under its own terms. Any refund terms are shown at checkout. Free features may change.
We aim to keep Omni running well but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update the app and these terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
Omni is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using Omni at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
